anticipation

that anxious face is trying to be patient!

Today Meme (Marian for those who aren't grand kids or nieces), got Jocie her birthday present. Well maybe we were just as excited as she was since Dave put it together immediately!

There may have been a few snags.... such as sharing tools with Jojo, but it was worth the wait. She ran around and screamed at the top of her lungs waiting. I think she may be on the short side since it is for ages 1 1/2 to 3 and her legs can't reach the pedals and tip toes barely touch the floor.

THANK YOU MEME!

Those pictures are priceless! I love where she is squatting and watching her dad to make sure he is getting it right... that is what I read into it at least.

No call to the professional bike mechanic? What? Seriously? I'm hurt. I'll say that it looks like Jojo was doing a great job of supervising so as to not let any mistakes be made. I guess that will work. Dave-- you are truly a Jack of all trades! I've been away from bikes so long that I would have tried to put the thing together with a squeegee...

The bike is great! I never thought I would see the day that she was managing a bike. Tools and kids can be great, but can be ohh so bad at the same time. ie. 14 mo. old was at the top of a ladder.
